When I cash in for $100 and cash out at $180, the dealer calls it out and no out bosses come over usually. You can pull the same 'expected value' but not the same results. Yes, the winnings count as income, the losses are used to offset the winnings. You need to be explicit about the disclosure. You should not just list the 'net' win/loss. You would disclose all winnings, and then disclose all losses so it is clear to anyone looking at your petition what is going on.

I have not attempted this yet, but I consider gambling to be in the nature of a business for purposes of the Means Test. In Eastern District of MO, where I practice, I would consider listing the expenses as those of a business.
I don't know if there is a MA or other court ruling on point.

You should list for each month separately each expense and each income. If you still pass the test you are fine; if you don't, then look at the 'oldest' 6th month and compare to if you wait and file in January and use December and drop June's income/expense and see where you fit into that test. You can determine that now to determine whether your should file yet or not. You sill list the income in the Statement of Financial Affairs also of course. It makes no difference where any funds were deposited or withdrawn..what matters is income and expenses to obtain it! Good luck.

Be careful with the vicinage/district you are in. In the Camden vicinage, the chapter 13 trustee will make it a condition of confirmation that you be black listed at the casino. That might not apply in your district, but you better ask just in case.
